By accessing or using InstaPrintID, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Permitted Use

InstaPrintID is designed exclusively for legitimate business purposes including, but not limited to, creating photographic copies of government-issued identification documents for internal recordkeeping, compliance, and deal documentation at licensed automotive dealerships and other lawful businesses.

Prohibited Use

You may not use InstaPrintID for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to identity theft, fraud, forgery, or the creation of false or misleading documentation. You may not use this service to copy, alter, or reproduce identification documents for deceptive purposes. Any misuse of this service is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) Compliance

Users of InstaPrintID are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act (18 U.S.C. § 2721 et seq.) and any applicable state laws governing the use of information from motor vehicle records. InstaPrintID is intended for permissible uses under the DPPA only.

No Alteration of Documents

InstaPrintID does not alter, modify, or fabricate any information contained on identification documents. The service performs geometric normalization only — including cropping, rotating, resizing, and grayscale conversion — for the sole purpose of producing a print-ready copy. Users must not use the output of this service to misrepresent the content of any identification document.

Dealer Responsibility

Dealerships and businesses using InstaPrintID are solely responsible for ensuring that their employees use the service appropriately and in compliance with all applicable laws. InstaPrintID and its operators are not liable for any misuse by dealership employees or customers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

InstaPrintID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaPrintID and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
